Examinations

  1. Attendance is compulsory for all the tests held during the year, failing which the students will be awarded zero. The student has to appear for the examinations in order to be considered for promotion to the next class.
  2. No early leave will be granted to the child on Assessment days.
  3. A minimum attendance of 75% of the total number of working days is compulsory. On medical grounds the attendance will be as per CBSE norms.
  4. Students who report late for any of the examinations/assessments will not be given any extra time for answering the question papers.
  5. Unfair Means: Students using unfair means during any of the examinations (Weekly Test or
    Assessment) will be awarded zero in that subject. Parents of such students will be called to the school where both parent and child will be asked to given an undertaking that if the same is repeated in future, then the child will be given T.C. without any explanation.
  6. There is no provision of conditional promotion and promotion will strictly be granted as per CBSE norms.
  7. Answer scripts of the Assessments / Term Examination (Classes IV to VII) will be shown to the students.
  8. All types of correction (totaling, mistake, unmarked questions, etc.) in the answer scripts should be brought to the notice of the subject teacher concerned on the same day. Any change thereafter will not be taken into account while preparing the final result.
  9. Request of Progress Profile before result declaration will not be entertained.
  10. A duplicate statement of marks/grades may be issued by the school office on submission of a written request on payment of Rs.100/-.
  11. The school arranges for students to participate in various competitive examinations conducted at the National level. Students wishing to participate will have to pay the fee as required by the body conducting these tests. Besides the students will also be required to pay for the travel and boarding.

Note: In case of any exigency, if the exam is not conducted on the scheduled date it should be noted that the same will be conducted at the end of the examination schedule
